For forum chairs, moderators, and leaders of intact groups
The Catalyst
A two-hour virtual session inside your regular meeting, a one-day retreat, or a two-day immersion for forums and teams ready to examine the patterns beneath the business conversation, and to build more useful ways of supporting one another.

The situation
Strong groups can still become predictable
Your forum or team may already have trust. But even strong groups settle into familiar updates, familiar advice, and familiar subjects that stay just outside the conversation.
The Catalyst creates a responsible structure for reflection, embodied experience, and voluntary dialogue. It does not manufacture vulnerability and it does not turn your retreat into therapy.
Participants keep their agency throughout. Anyone may decline any exercise without explanation, and what a member chooses to share stays governed by your own group's confidentiality agreements.

Two hours inside your regular meeting
I
The Catalyst Session
Two hours, virtual, inside your group's existing regular meeting, best for 8 to 10 participants
$2,000–$2,500
A focused two-hour session delivered live inside your regular meeting: teaching, brief pattern mapping, group dialogue, and a guided regulation or breathwork practice adapted for the virtual room. No travel, no added date on the calendar.
Discuss a session for your groupA sample agenda
Timing is adjusted to your meeting.
- 0:00 Opening and agreements Confidentiality, participant choice, and how anyone can step out of any exercise without explanation.
- 0:10 The teaching How survival vows form in childhood, and how they show up in leadership decisions and in a forum room.
- 0:35 Private pattern mapping Each member maps, privately, where the pattern shows up in their own work. Nothing is shared unless they choose.
- 0:55 Guided practice A regulation or breathwork practice adapted for the virtual room, with an alternative track for anyone who prefers it.
- 1:20 Group dialogue Voluntary sharing: what members noticed, and what they want to bring back to the forum.
- 1:45 Close What each member is taking away, and the thirty-day follow-up agenda for the group.
Breathwork is adapted to a guided regulation practice for the virtual Session, and any member may choose the alternative track.
Longer formats
When the group is ready for more
II
The Catalyst Day
One day, in person, typically 8:30am to 5:30pm
$3,500 + travel
A focused day of teaching, private pattern mapping, group dialogue, one primary facilitated breathwork experience, and a written 30 day integration plan.
III
The Catalyst Immersion
Two days, in person, typically 9:00am to 5:30pm and 9:00am to 4:30pm
$6,500 + travel
More time for relational patterns, embodied practice, voluntary dialogue, individual commitments, and a group operating agreement.
Breathwork is one primary facilitated session on the in-person days, not a full day of them. On a two day immersion the second practice is chosen on the day, and may be a gentler regulation practice instead.

Your facilitator
A peer who knows the room
Mark Worster is a former Marine, a thirty year technology CEO, a psychiatric nurse, and an experienced facilitator for entrepreneur and corporate communities alike.
He has sat in the chair your members sit in, which is the qualification that matters most in the room. He is not there as a clinician, and the Catalyst is not clinical care.
Questions leaders ask
Before you bring it to the group
Is breathwork required?
No. Participants can use an alternative track or pass on any exercise without explanation.
Is this therapy?
No. It is an educational and experiential facilitated retreat, not psychotherapy, medical treatment, or crisis care.
Will the moderator or sponsor receive individual information?
No, except with explicit consent or where required for immediate safety.
How many participants?
Typically 5 to 15. Above 10, a support facilitator joins the delivery team.
Can it be recorded?
Confidential dialogue and breathwork are normally not recorded.
How do we choose the Session, the Day, or the Immersion?
The inquiry call starts that decision, weighing your objectives, group readiness, available time, and the setting. A longer design call follows when the program needs more shaping.
