One offer, one fit, one start window
Completed applications route to a 30-minute alignment call with Mark, framed explicitly: "This call is for both of us to find out if this is a fit. About half of applicants aren't, and I'll tell you directly." If it is a fit, an invitation letter naming what was observed follows.
